Montana Brews and BBQ Saturday
Large crowds are expected at the MetraPark fairgrounds on Saturday for an afternoon of beer food, and music. KTVQ.com reports that over the last seven years, the popularity of Montana Brews and BBQ has expanded to make the one-day event a summer spectacle in Billings. Along with live music and great food, this year, promoters expect 34 breweries from around the state will be coming to town, with choices to fit all kinds of beer-lovers.
Craft brewing continues to expand in the state. The Montana Brews and BBQ pairs with the the Breakfast Exchange Club. Proceeds this year will go toward the Family Tree helping the prevention of child abuse.
The event is free. You can purchase a souvenir glass with 10 tokens for $25. Eight-thousand pounds of ice will make sure the kegs stay cool throughout the day.
