KULR spoke with South Side resident Max Hoffman, who said he’s not just living there, he’s cleaning it up. Hoffman is renovating a home which was vandalized Monday night. He’s taking older, more dilapidated properties and bringing them up to code, making them an asset to the neighborhood.
