I have as much time to explain SB967 as sex lasts for many men - 60 seconds. SB967 attempts to redefine the definition of the horrific crime of rape. This rant will offend the left, but if I stop now, I could die. Here’s the dichotomy that SB967 can’t answer.

While pushing the new morality, political correctness demanded government stay out of people’s bedrooms. Now that anything goes, political correctness demands government save us from the over sexualized society that the new morality created. Considering the amount of glorified spontaneous casual sex in popular media we shouldn’t be surprised at an epidemic college date rape problem. Proponents believe SB967 in will increase needed education about restraint and rape. I hope they’re right, but I’m fearful SB967 is worthless protection with a hole.

I’m E. Curtis Johnson, a conservative capitalist. After I legally change my name to, "E. Coitus Interruptus," I’m opening a chaperon service for college students too over sexed and inebriated to protect them selves from each other. I don’t expect any customers.
