Charges Filed in Fatal Hit and Run Accident

Wryan V. Young, 31 and her father  Westley L. Young, 50 have had charges filed against them in connection with the fatal hit and run accident on Interstate 90 east of Big Timber. The charges allege that Wryan V. Young struck and killed Elgie Bedford. Wryan then proceeded to leave the scene of a fatal accident and enlisted the help of her father to clean up evidence of the accident.

Wryan V. Young has been charged with evidence tampering and failure to remain at a the scene of a fatal accident. Young's father Westley L. Young has been charged with evidence tampering charge for assisting his daughter to conceal evidence. Both Wryan and Westley Young will appear in District court in Big Timber on December 10th.
