Billings Public Schools will delay start tomorrow (3/4) due to extreme cold. Here is the official message from BillingsSchools.org:

After consulting with the National Weather Service and giving sincere consideration regarding the predicted severe wind chills for Monday morning, March 4, Billings Public Schools will be having a two (2) hour delayed start. More detailed information is available on our district website along with continued updates  at www.billingsschools or if you have any questions please call 406-281-5120.

Rapelje School also announced they will start at 10 am on Monday, March 4, with buses running routes 2 hours late.

The National Weather Service has a Wind Chill Warning in effect for Yellowstone Country through 12 Noon mountain time Monday, March 4 with wind chills of 45 below zero and frostbite on exposed skin possible within ten minutes.
