Top White House political advisors reported on Tuesday that President Donald Trump is planning to spend at least 40 days on the road– including another possible stop in Montana– campaigning for Republicans before the midterm elections in November. Counselor to the President Johnny DeStefano, who oversees White House political operations, told reporters that over the next six weeks, he and political director Bill Stepien will deploy the president to six different states; North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri, Nevada, Kentucky, Tennessee and Montana. They cautioned that event locations could change as they are often not locked in until two weeks ahead of the scheduled dates. Trump came to Great Falls on July 5th in support of Republican U.S. Senate challenger Matt Rosendale. He also delivered a speech in Billings during the 2016 presidential campaign.
