Montana Senator is Right to Stand Up to This Lawfare

Last week, we witnessed the injustice that took place with the political persecution of President Donald J. Trump. We witnessed the lawfare used to go after a President of the United States for the first time in the history of our Republic. But this wasn't the first time we've witnessed unjust lawfare here in America...

"The lawfare used against Trump? We've seen it used against ag/oil/gas/coal/timber. Trump just exposed what was already there." That's what I wrote on May 30th, the same day the verdict came out in NYC.

Here's the bottom line: we have very biased Left wing federal judges here in Montana. They're using their power to go after all of the industries I mentioned above. They're serving as blank checks for the radical environmental groups.

Liberal Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) is afraid that he will lose the election to Navy SEAL veteran Tim Sheehy this November and that Trump will be elected president again, so he is trying to stack the federal courts with as many Left wing judges as he can before the election. Thankfully, Montana Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) is standing up to it, with much gnashing of teeth from the liberal media.

Before the Trump verdict even came out, I said this via X Thursday morning: "Biden/Tester want to pack the Montana federal courts with radical Left wing judges before Trump is back in the White House and GOP takes back the Senate. This is how they will kill Montana oil/gas/coal/ag just like they killed timber."

John Jackson replid: "Block. Every. Single. One. Of. Them."
