I was already planning on being in Helena today for the Montana Chamber of Commerce's Business Days at the Capitol event...but then our friends at KMMR Radio in Malta called me up with an incredible story. So now we are heading to Malta for a show Friday. And why not stop on the way and do a show from Cut Bank Thursday?

By the way- click below for FULL coverage from Business Days at the Capitol:

So what's the story in Malta? As KMMR radio in Malta shared on Facebook earlier this week, Friday's show features an extraordinary story involving Cynthia Norrgran, known to many in Malta as "Doc" on the radio.

KMMR Radio: "While the life-saving operation took place years ago outside Montana, Cynthia is very much one of us now and has been part of the KMMR family for over a year. Decades ago, Cynthia was the surgeon who performed the operation that saved the life of Robin Stewart, a 9-year-old from Wyoming who suffered a horrific accident when an arrow pierced his skull. Millimeters from death, the arrow narrowly missed a major artery."

The First Reunion Since the Medical Miracle

KMMR Radio: Now, for the first time since that day, Cynthia and Robin will sit down together on air to talk about what happened, what it meant then, and what it means now. Also joining them will be Orvin Solberg, who played a key role in helping bring this reunion together.

Here's the full post from KMMR. If you're outside Malta, listen online through the KMMR website starting around 9 a.m. on Friday.
