
Wisconsin Couple Missing After Yellowstone Visit
BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Officials Montana and Wyoming are searching for a Wisconsin couple missing after a visit to Yellowstone National Park.
Authorities say Mark and Kristine Wathke of Cornell, Wis., were last seen leaving the northeast entrance of the park at 4 p.m. on Tuesday. They had hotel reservations in Miles City that night, but never arrived.
Family members say the couple was driving a silver 2012 Kia Forte with Wisconsin license plates 545-VHH. The couple called family members on Oct. 29 and said they would be home the next day.
Mark Wathke is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has dark brown hair, green eyes, wears glasses and has a goatee. Kristine Wathke is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. She has long, blonde hair and hazel eyes.
