A portion of Hwy 312 between Main and Independent Lane is currently closed to through traffic for an unfolding incident.

After a robbery and standoff, the events yesterday ended with the suspect being deceased at a local hospital. It is unknown who they were at this time.

Another shooting and standoff in the Magic City overnight, with the suspect in custody and the victim not accounted for.
