Here's what else was very interesting about the Montana GOP convention over the weekend...

Don "K" has had a successful tenure as chairman of the Montana Republican Party. He helped raise $32 million, all statewide offices are held by Republicans, and the GOP finally knocked out liberal Senator Jon Tester (D-MT). But with Don K no longer running for party chair, could the wheels come off the GOP?

I was certainly interested in hearing the Governor's take...would he call out the 9 Republican state senators voting with Democrats on rules and committee assignments...or would he call out legislative leaders?

Daines: "These liberal senators want boys in girls sports. I'm the father of two daughters. They want men in your daughters and my daughters' locker room, and they can't even define what a woman is. But let me tell you something. Back in Montana, we know the difference between a bull and a cow."

The Republican Party is united behind Donald Trump, and Tim Sheehy delivered for a national audience as he took the stage to speak at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.

Have you seen these guys hanging outside of stores with clipboards? They want you to sign their petition. What should you do? "Decline to Sign."

Will Montana Republicans and conservatives spend the next several months fighting each before the June primary, or will they unite and focus on winning important seats? From the Supreme Court to OPI, State Auditor, and re-election fights from Governor on down- this is election year is massive in Montana.

Uninvited. The Montana GOP making some national news headlines, as a Trump ally is no longer being invited to serve as a keynote speaker at the Montana Republican Party's upcoming winter kickoff event.

While Montana legislators delivered historic tax relief and stronger laws to go after fentanyl dealers, liberal Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) is responsible for our wide open border that is bringing the drug epidemic to Montana.

He straight up called Democrat Senator Jon Tester a drag queen who is pulling a scam on the people of Montana. I wish I had recorded the full speech, as prominent Trump adviser Stephen Miller tore into Tester at the Montana GOP convention in Missoula Friday night.
