It's been another busy week here at the Cat and the farmer really stirred things up.

She's excited to cheer as a senior. She's excited to get her senior pictures taken. She's excited for everything that IS her senior year. That's because Emily Pennington almost didn't get a senior year.

We want to be a part of their successful pursuit of future education.

I know that the pilots and the flight attendants will be ecstatic about this move. So much of the unruliness and skirmishes on the flights were all brought on by the mask mandates.

Round one goes to Emily Pennington, the junior at Billings West High School with Down Syndrome, who wants to graduate with her class next year even after she turns 19. Last night at the school board meeting, it was the first opportunity to address the age-out policy known as 2050...

As you can tell from the footage, it was a nasty, windy morning and yet lots of kids chose to step out in support of Emily.

As Billings blocks Emily, eight other school districts are already putting the new funding mechanism to work for kids with disabilities.
