Montana simply cannot have it both ways. Our housing issues are now at crisis level with soaring prices and next to no inventory. Have you known anyone who has tried to rent a trailer? It's next to impossible with very lengthy waiting lists.

As I approach my final year at the University of Montana, the pressure is definitely on to figure out what to do with the rest of my life, or where to spend the first few years looking for a job (or career?) post-graduation.
