Popular hiking trails such as Sypes, Middle Cottonwood, Truman Gulch, Bridger Ridge Trail and access to the "M" are now open for recreational use.

A week ago today, a fire began just above the "M" Trail in Bozeman. It ended up spreading up and over the Bridger Mountains to the canyon on the other side.

Several local organizations have come together to host an in-person event to help those impacted by the Bridger Foothills Fire. This special event is called #BridgerHelp Neighbors in Need: Relief and Support Day.

Evacuation orders for *some* residents impacted by the Bridger Foothills Fire near Bozeman have now been lifted, according to an announcement shared by the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) on Monday night.
