Montana ranking for teen drivers is not good.

Clear message for this younger generation:

Interstate 90 was a parking lot. Traffic came to a complete stand-still many times due to crashes, pile ups, and slide offs. US 93 had dozens of it's own accidents. Montana is having a very rough week on the roads.

By 11am there were over 80 incidents on Montana highways. Crashes, slide-offs and jackknifed semis were wreaking havoc on traffic flow and causing backups and delays. Snow, wind and cold temperatures are creating dangerous conditions and more is on the way.

The roads are way more slick than you think today. Dozens of crashes and slide-offs are affecting travel on the I-90 corridor. Please know that commute time is going to require patience.

A recent Facebook post from the Montana Highway Patrol highlights the importance of drivers slowing down and moving over when emergency vehicles are deployed at an accident scene or during a traffic stop.
