GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — Cascade County officials have released the names of four people who were killed in a two-vehicle crash in central Montana.

Sheriff Jesse Slaughter tells the Great Falls Tribune the victims are 51-year-old Jolinda Lee Lafranchi, 47-year-old Margaret Ann Firstraised and 34-year-old Ryan T. Scott, all of Great Falls, and 25-year-old Joy Bernier of Auburn, Washington.

The Montana Highway Patrol says Lafranchi was driving a car westbound on U.S. Highway 87/89 near Belt Monday when she crossed an icy bridge and lost traction.

A sport utility vehicle struck the car on the driver’s side rear, running it into the ditch.

Lafranchi and her three passengers were not wearing seat belts and died at the scene. Two Great Falls men, ages 61 and 75, in the SUV were injured. The patrol says they were wearing seat belts.
