Ryan Predicts More Scandal If Clinton Is Elected

U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan was in Billings this weekend campaigning for Congressman Ryan Zinke, and predicting four years of scandal if Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton is elected president.  Ryan reminded voters of the impeachment of President Bill Clinton, during which he was repeatedly investigated at congressional request.
Ryan cited Friday’s announcement by FBI Director James Comey of the discovery of Clinton's emails on a computer belonging to disgraced former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner, the former husband of Clinton aide Huma Abedin.  Comey said the FBI found Clinton emails while pursuing an unrelated case where Weiner’s computer was seized, and was reviewing whether they were classified.
Democrats have denounced Comey’s letter as inappropriate, given its release days before the presidential election and Comey has indicated that it’s unknown if there’s anything substantial in the emails.  After the rally Sunday, Zinke said Comey was right to notify Congress.
