Check This Out, East Helena Woman Says She Was Wrong About Trump
Barbara sent me an email about a year ago saying how wrong I was, and how wrong Montana Senator Steve Daines (R-MT) was, to back Donald Trump for president in 2024.
She has now sent me a follow up email with "apologies" in the subject line. "I was wrong."
I just want to say, first off, how cool it is that Barbara in East Helena shared her own email with me from back in October of 2023. Look at how many people out there pretend to be experts on everything, and never admit when they get it wrong. Barbara- you are a great American!
Here is part of what she sent me last October via e-mail:
"Daines should be asking Trump to drop out of the race not the other way around....Trump doesn't appeal to younger or female Independent voters. Like the 2022 elections when Daines predicted a Red Wave that never materialized, women voters -- whose right to their own bodies has been taken away -- again will be a factor in 2024. Clearly, the 2024 election should be a no brainer. Biden is definitely beatable. But Trump is not the candidate to do that.
Btw, I'm a Republican, have always voted the GOP ticket. I would never cross over to vote for a Democrat. I am, however, hoping I have options other than Trump."

Aaron Flint,Just wanted to congratulate you on picking the races!I'd written the attached note to you last fall.I misread the political environment. Clearly, DJT had far more appeal across the board than his opponent. When he started talking about Arnold Palmer's gonads at a rally, I figured we were well on way to electing our first female president.I was wrong.Go figure.All the best to you.Thank you,Barbara
