On Monday morning, Bridger Bowl shared an incredible video of two bull moose spotted at the ski area with the following caption.

Just some Bridger locals out here vibin.

Living in Montana, I've seen my fair share of wildlife, and seeing two bull moose at the same time is a rare treat. It's one of the many reasons why Montana is called the "Last Best Place." You can watch the video below.

Bridger Bowl is expected to open for the 2025-26 season in early December, so maybe the moose were trying to get a few early runs in before opening day. We all know fresh powder at Bridger is hard to beat.

Encounters like this are a great reminder of why so many of us choose to call Montana home. Whether it’s watching moose wander across a ski run, spotting elk on a hillside, or catching a glimpse of a bald eagle overhead, the beauty of Big Sky Country never gets old.
