Out with Pizza, in with Salads

The new location is coming to the former Sam & Louie's in the West Park Promenade, which seems to have closed sometime in the last 8 months and will be bringing a big selection of freshly made salads, grain bowls, smoothies, and more.

According to their website, Crisp & Green believes in nourishing a healthy lifestyle, and that goes beyond your kitchen.

We are devoted to delivering an exceptionally crisp experience to our guests, not just with our chef-crafted & scratch-made menu, but also through our high standard of service, our belief in being 100% authentic, & our passionate commitment to our community.

Crisp & Green offers up its "Three Pillars of Core Beliefs":

  1. An Exceptional Product
  2. World-Class Hospitality
  3. A Commitment to Community

When will they be opening?

As of writing, the website states they are "coming soon" with no timeline to open, however, we will be keeping an eye on it (especially since I live nearby... and genuinely love the idea of a fresh option so close to home). Though, I'd expect it to be sometime in the coming months.

What are your thoughts on a new, healthy option filling the void from Sam & Louie's? Do you wish a different option was filling the space? Let us know on App Chat or on Facebook.
