WOW: Billings Heights Road Rage Has Man Cling To Truck After Hit & Run
This afternoon on the Billings Reckless Drivers Facebook Page, I came across a video after an apparent hit and run of a Billings man clinging onto the hood of a Dodge Ram.
Now, the backstory here is not fully clear, however, what I read from witnesses on the Billings Reckless Drivers page was the Dodge Ram had allegedly hit the Chevy Silverado at the beginning of the video with their mirror, and the driver of the Silverado hopped out to stop them from running from the accident, and to check for damage to his truck.
However, when he did so, the driver of the Ram would not roll down the window to talk to him, and continually tried to drive off. At that point, the Silverado driver hopped onto the hood of the Ram and went on a ride for a block.
This started at the corner of Airport Road and Main Street in the heights and ended at the Lake Elmo Drive and Main Street intersection.
When the Silverado driver hopped off the truck, as seen around the 37-second mark in the video, he slammed the window with his fist twice, seemingly in an attempt to make the driver realize they need to stop and check for damage.
A bit much? Yes. Though, after taking a ride down Main Street at 30-some MPH, I would be heated too.
After trying to get the driver to stop and discuss it, the driver continues to slowly pull away from the man who just rode on the hood of the truck, as that driver looked to be calling the police. Finally, around the 1:18 mark, the Ram driver pulls away... to the disdain of the Silverado driver, who kicks the truck hard and gives the one-finger salute to them, while standing in the road.

Updated: Thanks to Seth King, we now have another angle of the man riding ON the hood, which you can view below.
