The list covers incidents from late December through the first few days of January and includes a wide range of cases, from impaired driving and drug possession to assaults, warrants, and court-related matters.

As with all arrest reports, not everyone listed was booked into jail. Some individuals were taken into custody, while others were issued a Notice to Appear depending on the circumstances of their case.

Several people were listed in connection with alleged impaired driving, including repeat offenses.

  • Alta Deputy, 38: DUI, fourth or subsequent offense
  • Jacob Laroque, 35: DUI, third offense
  • Jerry Fox, 37: DUI, second offense
  • Chad Mitchell, 54: DUI, first offense, Notice to Appear
  • Colten Bayley, 18: Possession intoxication under 21, Notice to Appear

Assault and Violent Crime Investigations

The report includes multiple assault related cases, including partner or family member incidents.

  • Alida Mattson, 34: Assault causing bodily injury
  • Logan Saunders, 34: Aggravated assault and partner or family member assault
  • Ron Whiteman, 37: Endangering the welfare of a child and partner or family member assault
  • Gerald Brown, 56: Assault involving feet
  • Isaac Price, 20: Robbery involving a firearm

Drug Possession and Drug Paraphernalia Cases

Drug-related arrests made up a significant portion of the report.

Warrants, Court, and Obstruction Charges

Several people were arrested or cited in connection with warrants, contempt of court, or obstruction-related charges.

  • Deshawn Powell, 34: Contempt of court
  • Kathleen Klundt, 46: Contempt of court
  • Candice Flamouth, 43: Warrant-related charge

  • Linda Stewart, 59: Obstruction of justice, Notice to Appear
  • Deana Jarrett, 55: Obstruction of justice, Notice to Appear

Property, Trespass, and Other Charges

Property-related and miscellaneous cases were also included.

  • Paul Bixby, 32: Criminal mischief with damage exceeding $1,500
  • Michael Curtis, 38: Violation of a protection order
  • Kenneth Nelson, 41: Criminal trespass to property and obstruction of a peace officer
