A brand new steak challenge is coming to Billings, and it’s not messing around. Montana Rib and Chop House is rolling out something they’re calling The 67 Challenge, and it’s about as bold as it sounds.
What It Takes to Make the Wall of Legends
Here’s the deal: you’re given a massive 67-ounce steak and exactly 67 minutes to finish it. That’s it. No extensions. No second chances. If you clear the plate before the clock runs out, you don’t just walk away full. You earn serious bragging rights and a permanent spot on the Rib and Chop House Wall of Legends.
When and Where to Take the Challenge
The challenge officially kicks off Thursday, January 15, at 5 p.m. at Montana Rib and Chop House in Billings. From there, it will run every Thursday at 5 p.m., turning dinner hour into something a little more competitive. If you’ve ever wanted a reason to plan your Thursday night around steak and a stopwatch, this might be it.
