Police say the vehicle had been traveling eastbound on Airport Road when the driver lost control, veered off the road, and rolled. Preliminary findings suggest that speed was a contributing factor in the crash. The BPD crash investigation team is handling the case. No charges have been filed at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.

Airport Road was closed for several hours as investigators worked the scene, but was reopened to traffic shortly after noon.
The Billings Police Department expressed appreciation to the Billings Fire Department, American Medical Response, and the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance.
