Stunning Model Turned Montanan Says Hell No to Hollywood
I'm probably dating myself a bit here, but my knowledge of supermodels is pretty limited. If you asked me to name a few, I can give you: Cindy Crawford, Tyra Banks, Kate Moss, and that popular supermodel from a few decades ago (known by first name only), Iman.
However, one model's name slid onto my radar today because she now lives in Montana and wants nothing to do with an upcoming documentary about the industry, nor Hollywood in general. We're talking about model Adrienne Curry, who now lives in Whitefish, MT.

From glamorous photo shoots and TV gigs to the Treasure State.
Curry rose to fame in 2003 when she won the series premiere of America's Next Top Model. Her career skyrocketed, and she appeared in ad campaigns for big names like Ed Hardy, Lucky Brand, Von Dutch watches, among others, and modeled for several big-name magazines.
She also appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine twice; once in 2006 and again in 2008, landing on its 25 Sexiest Women of 2008 list. Curry went on to participate in a slew of TV reality shows, game shows, and several lesser-known projects up through around 2012-ish.
Fast forward to today.
Curry eloped in 2018 with her second (and current) hubby, Matthew Rhode, in Glacier National Park. They currently live what I assume to be a fairly quiet life in Whitefish. He's a movie trailer voice-over guy, and she runs her lifestyle blog.

Here's where things get interesting regarding Curry's take on the industry.
There's a new documentary coming out on Netflix called "Reality Check: Inside America's Next Top Model," and Curry wants absolutely nothing to do with the show or Hollywood. In a Reel she shared this week, she wrote,
No guys. I don't do this sh$t and won't be on it or anything else. Sorry. Hard retired. Hard pass
She reiterated that she says no to all of these projects, has zero trust of producers, and "has no desire to be really public in this day and age... and am hard retired from Hollywood."
Opinion: Can you blame her? Hollywood and the entertainment business can be a brutal machine that uses, manipulates, and spits 'em out left and right. I'm happy that Curry has found solitude in Montana.
